The very bright and spacious main house
This large detached house is located in a very quiet residential area. There is plenty of parking on the street. You enter this beautiful property through the entrance gate and first see the front garden with a seating area and various plants.
The main house
The main house with around 220 square meters of living space has been renovated in a modern and bright way and has 3 large master bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The new, open kitchen with dining area invites you to cook together and right next to it you can sit at the spacious tables in the dining area or on the terrace. On cooler days, the large, cozy living area invites you to relax, with a couch corner, satellite TV and fireplace. Alternatively, there is a spacious winter garden with movable elements on the 1st floor. You can access the terrace and the outdoor area directly from the living area.

invite you to spend happy holiday hours. The pool is very large and easy to enter via a step entrance. On the large terrace and the adjoining garden you will find many seating areas,
Sun loungers, outdoor shower and a BBQ. The dining area and another area in the garden are generously covered. This means there is plenty of space in the shade. The completely walled outdoor shower offers refreshment, but also has a hot water supply.

The house is in a very quiet residential area in an optimal location.
In one direction, the beach of Cala Blava is 6 minutes away.
Arenal, the beach and the airport can be reached quickly in 10 or 15 minutes.
In the other direction, Maioris is 6 minutes away with a supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants and the Mhares Beach Club.
Cala Pi beach is 20 minutes away, Sa Rapita/Es Trenc beach in 30 minutes.
