See you soon !
In this table you can see the current situation in July 2021 (orange) regarding mandatory tests, entry forms and quarantine.
If Mallorca is classified as a high-incidence area, you can see the required measures on the right (green).

Current situation: July 2021:
All of Spain is classified as a risk area by Germany, which means for the return trip to Germany:
All travelers over the age of twelve who have stayed in a risk country/area (Germany is currently not a risk area, see Risk Countries/Areas) are obliged to carry one of the following proofs with them:
-
either a negative test result (nucleic acid amplification tests are recognised, e.g. PCR, LAMP or TMA test) or antigen tests recognized in the European Union (so-called “rapid test”). The test may have been carried out no more than 48 hours before entry. The proof of the negative test result must contain the following information: first and last name of the traveller, date of the test, test procedure used, country in which the laboratory is based, negative test result.
-
or proof that the full vaccination has been carried out at least 14 days before departure with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or the WHO by way of emergency approval. The proof of vaccination must contain the following information: first and last name of the traveller, date of vaccination, vaccine, number of vaccinations, country of issue, competent authority.
-
or Proof of no more than 180 days of recovery from COVID-19 infection. The proof may be provided no earlier than 11 days after the first positive result. The proof of recovery must contain the following information: first and last name of the traveller, date of testing of the first positive nucleic acid amplification test, test procedure used and country of issue.
- An entry form must also be filled out: Digital entry registration, travelers who have been in a risk area for the last 10 days or virus variant area must register at www.einreiseanmeldung.de before arriving in Germany and carry proof of registration with them upon entry.
No test is actually required for entry to Mallorca, but some airlines require it for carriage.
(It is recommended to carry an antigen test)
An entry form must be filled out on Spain Travel Health (spth.gob.es)
The generated QR code can be shown with a mobile phone or printed out

Every Mallorca lover's heart bleeds with these pictures. The planes and the island are empty but the sun is shining and the sea is wonderful. I am happy to recommend a stay in Mallorca in October to guests who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. Entry is unrestricted, there are enough planes and the island shows itself from its most beautiful side. When entering Germany, a PCR test can be carried out directly at the airport, the result of which is available in 17 - 48 hours. The quarantine can then be ended when the negative result is presented.
Completion is expected in mid-March 2021:
Departing passengers: Test center at Mallorca Airport is set up
Source: MM-Redaktion |@MM_Mallorca | Majorca | 29.01.2021 14:22
Der Airport from Mallorca will offer a special service for passengers who need a negative corona result in their destination country. As the operating company Aena announced on Friday, a test center will only be set up in the departure area for departing guests. This will also happen in other 14 Spanish airports.
Depending on the airport, the PCR test should cost between 58 and 70 euros, the antigen test is available there from 24 euros and does not cost more than 30 euros. The companies Eurofins Megalab and the group of companies Recoleta Red Hospitalaria, Arquimea, Lagben and GTT are responsible for the test centers. According to the information, these centers will initially remain in place for six months. The prices for the Testing are cheaper than in private clinics.
So if you fly from the high-incidence area of Mallorca to Germany, you can have an antigen test done at the airport, the result of which is available quickly, and then get on the plane. On arrival you have to show the result. If you stay in Germany for less than 72 hours, you can also undergo a PCR test at Palma Airport, which is necessary for re-entry. (it)
Air high protection HEPA filter in the airplane
The atmosphere created in an airplane is one of the safest, almost on par with a hospital operating room. Our filters change the air every three minutes, cleaning it and mixing it with fresh air from outside. To ensure a high level of protection, our aircraft are equipped with HEPA filters, which are also used in hospitals and can remove bacteria and particles such as the COVID-19 virus with an efficiency rate of 99.99% . Majorca Daily Bulletin, 15.05.2020_EU tourists allowed back in June
2020-05-15 10:44:00 Balearic Islands By Majorca Daily Bulletin reporter
EU tourists to be allowed back in the Balearic Islands in June.
Balearic Airports will be able to receive tourists from the European Union at the end of June when Phase 3 of the coronavirus de-escalation plan comes to an end.
The Minister of Transport, Mobility & Urban Agenda, José Luis Ábalos, and the Prime Minister, Francina Armengol, discussed the issue during a video-conference meeting on Thursday.
"Minister Ábalos has confirmed to me that the Spanish Government is working according to these guidelines to guarantee the right to mobility of European and Spanish citizens," said Francina Armengol.
Mobility between the Spanish provinces will be possible during the last phase of de-escalation plan between June 8 and June 22 and the Central Government wants to restart flights from EU countries at the same time.
"AENA is already working on the necessary protocols for the reopening of airports to International flights at that time,” said President Armengol.
Prepared
At a meeting on Wednesday with the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Reyes Maroto, Armengol stressed that the Balearic Islands would be ready to begin pilot tests for the reopening of air connections from the second half of June.
"We have the coronavirus pandemic under control, the Tourism Sector and the Unions are working to adapt facilities so that they can open safely as soon as possible and the Government has put safety protocols in place for workers,” she said.
Minister Ábalos and President Armengol agree on the need to recover air mobility, according to Government, Ministry and European Commission guidelines and also that transport restrictions should be lifted at the end of June.

A time full of worries and uncertainty is behind us, but now we are absolutely positive about the future and look forward to summer 2020 in Mallorca from June 21st, 2020.
Since you can only get the negative news from the press, I have compiled the current facts for you and then backed them up with a few newspaper articles:
No more travel warning from June 15, 2020
The state of emergency applies across Spain, which justifies many current measures. This ends on June 21, 2020. An extension beyond this is not planned. A 4-phase exit plan is leading all of Spain into a “new normal”, with a number of measures for the Balearic Islands being eliminated earlier because the number of infections is very, very low. Shops, bars, restaurants are already open and locals are enjoying the beach and sea again.
No quarantine measures for tourists
The quarantine measures that the press explained so elaborately and that currently apply when entering Mallorca were only limited to the time of the state of emergency from the start, i.e. until 21.06.20. From June 15 at the latest, this is also no longer mandatory for the return journey to Germany.
For the safety of all of us, one more applies at the momentMask requirement in Spain, but onlyfor situations where people cannot keep a distance of at least 2 meters between themselves, such as in the supermarket and on public transport. In the gastronomy, only the employees wear a mask.
The numbers ofNew infections is 0 - 10 across the Balearic Islands. Mallorca therefore begins unlike in the rest of Spain, on June 15th, 2020 with a pilot phase. The first guests can then enjoy their vacation on the Playa. Majorca will certainly take or maintain some precautions this summer to ensure our safety, but now there is nothing standing in the way of a holiday on the island.
Now you can benefit even moreto have booked a finca.Enjoy your very private and secure retreat with all amenities. Of course you will find a thoroughly cleaned and disinfected finca on arrival. In addition, of course, we observe all other necessary hygiene requirements.
According to the statements of many virus specialists, an infection on the plane is almost impossible. Masks are compulsory and the quality of the air is compared to that in an operating room using the latest technology.
Flights to Mallorca are already possible and bookable,Ryanair will also return to flight operations from July 1st, 2020, Tuifly from June 15th, 2020. Since May, Eurowings and Condor have been flying to several cities in Germany and are stagnating flight operations from June 15th. on.
Mallorca has had a tough time with very strict exit rules. Thanks to the consistent observance of these and thevery well equipped hospitals and doctors(By the way, there are many German or German-speaking medical practices) Mallorca recovered very early and the infection rates are below those of Germany.
We would be happy to offer you the opportunityour extensive serviceand will be happy to support you if you would like to add a particularly nice experience to your holiday with a welcome snack, a BBQ evening, a trip on a catamaran, or similar. If you are interested, we will send you our information magazine.
In any case, we are really looking forward to welcoming you and your travel group soon and staying with you
with sunny greetings
